Our Senior Management team is made up of the people below. As you can see we all have a passion for cycling but at the same time possess the requisite business skills to enable us to provide the professional quality of service to which our clients have become accustomed.

 Phil Rowe is both our founder and inspiration. A keen cyclist who is passionate about cycling and the benefits it brings to both the individual and the environment as a whole. He is something of a cycling evangelist having persuaded not only his entire family but also many other friends and colleagues to take up the cycling challenge.

He comes with a strong background in product development and financial administration and control having previously worked in marketing and finance positions in the IT and telecoms industry including spells with THORN EMI, ICL, BT, KPMG and Xansa

As well as having overall responsibility for the business Phil also wears the hat of Finance and Operations Director.

 Nick Moon is our Sales and Marketing Director. Nick is not only a keen cyclist but comes with a strong  strategic marketing pedigree having worked in senior marketing positions for such organisations as Johnson Wax, Nat West, The Interpublic Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers and PA Consulting. He is also a fully qualified teacher and has taught in both Secondary and Further Education establishments.

Nick has been instrumental in leading our new branding initiative, website development and driving forward our sales and marketing activities. His recent focus on new product development mean that as well as continuing to build on the success of our existing services we now have lots of new and exciting initiatives planned for the future.

As well as his sales and marketing responsibilities Nick is also responsible for HR.

We also have a number of other key individuals in our team including Pete Knight our Cycle Training Manger and Danny Davis our Cycle Promotions Programme Manager..

Finally we have our fantastic team of Cycle Training Instructors and Cycle Promotion Support Staff who are too many to name but are key to the professional delivery of our services to which our clients have become accustomed.
