Try Cycling to work in Sutton

Welcome to Smarter Travel Sutton’s Try Cycling to Work (TCTW) Programme Web Page. Here you can find out more about the programme and download an Application Form and a Question and Answer Guide.

The Try Cycling Programme is an opportunity for you to give cycling a go and experience for yourself the fun, the health benefits and time and cost savings that cycling provides. The Programme is open to members of the Sutton Town Centre and Cheam Village Business Travel Networks.

Everything is provided including a fully-equipped quality bike which you can choose. The programme is free to you and you also get the opportunity to buy the bike and equipment at 30% off the normal retail price at the end of the programme.

This Programme is part of Smarter Travel Sutton’s efforts to encourage sustainable travel and healthier lifestyles. The Council has already invested money in secure cycle parking and promoting cycling across the Borough. If you have ever thought of cycling but lacked the confidence, the equipment or just never got round to it, give our Try Cycling programme a go.

Only 50 places are available so if you're interested in taking part have a look at the Question and Answer Guide and complete an Application Form ideally on line. Alternatively it is available as a download and full details of where to send it are on the form.
